In this role, as a Quality Assurance, you will participate in application planning meetings analyze/review business requirements, and independently execute testing to support the WA Cares Fund implementation, working closely with DSHS staff, Health Care Authority, Employment Security Department, and vendors to integrate cross-agency applications.

The Paid Family and Medical Leave Communications Consultant supports ESD’s Leave and Care division, which manages the Paid Leave and WA Cares Fund programs. This position will provide communications planning and tactical support for portfolio projects and implement communications strategies to reach employer and stakeholder audiences.
